Delete Your Zaksimi Account

This page explains how to delete your Zaksimi account and data (developer: BTiwoom Co., Ltd.).

Delete in the app

1. Open the Zaksimi app.
2. Tap the Settings tab at the bottom.
3. Tap Member info.
4. Tap Delete account at the bottom and follow the prompts to confirm.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.

If you are the admin of a group plan in progress, hand admin rights to another crew member first.

If you can't use the app

Email support@btiwoom.com from the address you signed up with, using the subject "Account deletion request." After verifying your identity, we will delete your account within 7 days and let you know.

Data that is deleted

• Account information: email, name, gender, birth year, password, and linked Google, Apple or Kakao account information
• Profile photo, life goal, action slogan
• Plans and action records you created, including photos and location records
• AI advice history and notification inbox
• Login information and push notification tokens

Data that is kept

• Cheer messages, likes and chat messages you left on other members' plans, and posts on group-plan boards, are kept. They are shown as from a "Deleted member." To remove them, delete them yourself before deleting your account.
• Access records that must be kept by law are retained for up to 1 year and then destroyed.
